Catalyst Systems Appoints New Project Consultant

Novato, CA-August 10, 2007: Catalyst Systems, LLC, a healthcare consulting company specializing in precision staffing and care delivery, welcomes back Ilene Craft to the position of project consultant. A former Catalyst staffer, Craft will be responsible for guiding Catalyst’s clients in the use and implementation of the EVALISYS® family of products and services, including the EVALISYS® Patient Classification System (PCS), workload studies, and other evidence-based research projects.

Over the course of her 33-year nursing career, Craft has held a variety of clinical and administrative positions, including nurse manager, staffing office manager, and director of nursing administrative services. With a strong background in program development, project management, work redesign, and nursing financial management, Craft was chosen to direct the implementation of a satellite Level 2 NICU in a host hospital and directed the transfer and integration of two active Pediatric Transplant programs.

Most recently, she served as regional administrative service director for a large multi-hospital healthcare system during the standardization of their staffing and scheduling system. In this role, she coordinated the healthcare system’s patient classification system.

Craft has a Diploma in nursing from Kaiser Foundation School of Nursing in Oakland, California, a BS degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix, and an MS degree in nursing administration from the University of California, San Francisco.
