CATALYST SYSTEMS APPOINTS NEW OPERATIONS AND IT DIRECTOR
Novato, CA-October 31, 2005: Catalyst Systems, LLC, a healthcare consulting company specializing in precision staffing solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Andy Neil to Operations and IT Director. In addition to managing the development of Catalyst’s commercial software products and maintaining the firm’s communication networks, he now overseas the company’s financial and operational activities and manages the administrative staff. Andy brings more than 16 years of software development, consulting, and systems integration experience to Catalyst. Prior to joining the team, Andy was director of engineering for Icon Medialab, Inc., a website consulting and construction company, where he directed and rapidly grew the technology services group, and conducted business and technical analyses for the company's diverse client base. Previously, Mr. Neil served as senior database engineer for SoftAd, a sales force automation and website development company. Here he helped create new products, and built and implemented applications for SoftAd's key clients, including the Ford Motor Company. Mr. Neil also held positions with The Power Store, Educational Testing Service, and other companies and served as a consultant with Logitech, Business Sense Associates, and other organizations. He also boasts an impressive technology publishing background, serving as contributing editor for FoxPro Advisor magazine, and wrote articles for other publications. Andy earned his economics degree from the University of California-Berkeley, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He won the "Developer MVP" award from Microsoft® in 1996 and 1997.
